Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support and identify, either on site or remotely, issues affecting customer systems, then formulate and implement a plan to resolve them.
- Use the internet and other sources of information to remain up to date with technical issues affecting the ICT sector.
- Meet with clients at all levels to analyse, review, identify and develop relationships that meet/exceed customer needs.
- Contribute to highest levels of prospect and customer satisfaction. Motivate and direct virtual resource teams to work effectively with you to win business.
- Make recommendations on improvements to Imerja services and service quality.
Experience
- A minimum of 2+ years providing security solutions in a technical support role to a high technical level. Implementation and support experience on Check Point and one or more of the following vendor products; Juniper, Stonegate, Cryptzone, Fortinet, Cisco.
- Formal accreditation with any of these above vendor product sets is very desirable, in particular Check Point and Juniper. Experience of networking is desirable, particularly Extreme, Aruba and Cisco.
- Fault finding on complex systems consisting of equipment from multiple vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Working under pressure to tight timescales, multitasking between simultaneous projects and responding to deadlines.
- Flexible, tenacious, highly self motivated, and committed to achieving goals.

- Ability to comprehend and understand complex solutions, to fault find and identify the causes of problems.

Salary: Basic salary commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include life cover and car allowance.
